Day 50 of #100DaysOfAI 🧪
Today I'm stepping up to commit to Mission #1 of the challenge (and celebrating I'm halfway through!)
It's time to put all my skills into practice in a more open-ended challenge. The building begins! 🚀
Congratulations to myself!
The challenge
You’re working at a startup drone video production agency called ‘Dizzy’. You’re based in Los Angeles, California. So far you have a website, some social media accounts and some examples of your work. You want to win more local luxury real estate clients because drone footage of luxury real estate is in heavy demand. You've noticed competitors are leveraging advanced AI tools to create dynamic, relevant and creative campaigns that resonate deeply with their target audience. You can see that their content is generating a lot of engagement via social media. Meanwhile, your current strategies are showing diminishing returns. You’ve only really been cold calling potential clients, you’ve posted news on social media about your own business, and you have a very small email list of just friends and family. Your website hasn’t been updated in a while and doesn’t reflect the ‘luxury’ feel of the agency. There's a pressing need to innovate quickly and efficiently, but you’re finding that traditional methods are time-consuming and increasingly ineffective. You don’t have a huge marketing budget because most of your funds have been spent on technology, so you have to ensure all marketing campaigns are resourceful and cost less than $500 per month over the next 6 months.
Your mission is to break free from outdated practices by embracing AI and No-Code tools, propelling your marketing efforts into a new era of creativity and engagement. The challenge? To do so in just five days, transforming your approach to connect with your audience in ways you never thought possible.
How to do it
I ended up using latest ChatGPT-4o model and perplexity together to build the initial marketing plan that you can find below.
I just orchestrated the messages between trying to get the most of both tools. By providing the information and sources Perplexity found about the questions that ChatGPT asked to improve the context I was able to refine quickly the scenario and be specific enough to get actionable insights.
However, my labour was mostly controlling, they alone produced very good outputs as you are about to see.
