To create this comprehensive marketing plan for Dizzy, we began by gathering detailed information about the business, its current status, and its goals.
We reviewed the startup's existing online presence, noting that the website needed updates and that social media engagement was minimal. We identified the primary target market as high-income individuals and professionals involved in the luxury real estate sector in Los Angeles. By understanding the key demographics, preferences, and behaviors of this target audience, we set clear objectives aimed at establishing a strong online presence, creating engaging content, and building partnerships within the industry.
Next, we structured the plan into a 4-month timeline, outlining specific tasks and goals for each month. We allocated a budget of $500 per month, ensuring that each key activity was feasible within these financial constraints. Tasks were divided into manageable actions such as website development, social media setup, networking, content creation, and performance analysis. For each task, we defined key results (KR) to measure progress, such as the number of new followers, engagement rates, and content views. This step-by-step approach allowed us to focus on immediate priorities while laying the groundwork for long-term growth.
Finally, we assigned effort levels (low, medium, high) and status indicators (on track, achieved, at risk, missed, paused) to each key result to monitor progress effectively. We also included start and end dates to keep the team accountable and ensure timely completion of tasks.
